“A low cost easy meat stretcher my mother taught me”

 

Cut up left over roast beef into bite-size pieces.  Cut up potatoes in proportion to the beef.  Add caraway seeds to taste near when potatoes are done.  Separately fry onions in a small amount of oil.  I like them golden brown.  When beef mixture is done add the onions and heat thru.  Salt to taste.
