Pineapple Angel Food Cake – Judy
1 18.5-ounce box
angel food cake mix
1 20-ounce can
crushed pineapple/juice
Pour mix into a large mixing bowl. Add can of crushed pineapple/juice. Beat with an electric mixer for 3
minutes. Coat a loaf pan lightly with
cooking spray. Pour in cake batter. Bake according to box directions. Let cool for a few minutes in pan. Invert onto a cooling rack.
