1 cup creamed corn
1 cup whole kernel corn,
drained
1/4 pound
butter, melted
8 ounces sour cream
1 package Jiffy corn muffin
mix
8 ounces Swiss cheese,
shredded
Mix both types of corn, butter, sour cream,
muffin mix, and cheese. Put
into greased shallow casserole dish 9 x 11-inches. Bake at 350-degrees for about 25-30
minutes.
