2 cups pitted
Bing cherries
½
cup sugar
1 tablespoon
cornstarch
Topping
¼ cup all-purpose
flour
¼ cup quick oats
¼ cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 375-degrees. In a bowl, mix together cherries, sugar and
flour. Spoon into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch
baking pan coated with cooking spray. In
another bowl, mix together flour, oats and sugar. Cut in butter. Sprinkle topping
mixture over filling. Bake about 30
minutes or until top is light brown and filling heated thru. Yield:
4 servings.
